There are many treatment options for treating and eradicating Helicobacter pylori (HP). Bismuth compounds alone or in combination with antibiotics have been more successful. Literature reports in 1989 on the role of Omeprazole (Omeprazole) against HP showed significant inhibitory effects on HP but low eradication rates. OME combined antimicrobial treatment of HP remains to be further studied. The purpose of this study was to determine whether OME combined with oxyntamycin (AMOX) and its combination
