中国钱币学会全国秘书长会议于1989年元月12日至13日在兰州召开。中国钱币学会副理事长周士敏、中国钱币学会理事、中国人民银行甘肃省分行副行长张文耀出席并主持了会议。戴志强秘书长在会上传达了1988年12月20日召开的在京常务理事会议的研究意见,总结了1988年的学会工作,安排了1989年学会的主要活动计划。1988年,在学会工作人员和全体会员的努力下,我们做了许多工作。到目前为止,全国(除台湾省和港、澳地区)三十个省、
The China National Coin Society National Secretary General Meeting was held in Lanzhou from January 12 to January 13, 1989. Zhou Shimin, vice chairman of China Numismatics Society, director of China Numismatics Society and Zhang Wenyao, vice president of Gansu Branch of People’s Bank of China attended and presided over the meeting. At the meeting, Dai Zhiqiang delivered his research opinion on the standing executive meeting held in Beijing on December 20, 1988. He summarized the work of the Institute in 1988 and arranged the major activities of the Institute in 1989. In 1988, with the efforts of our staff and all our members, we have done a great deal of work. So far, thirty provinces (except Taiwan Province and Hong Kong and Macao regions)
