α_1受体阻滞剂(?)拉唑嗪(Terazosin)对体循环高血压和充血性心力衰竭有潜在治疗价值。血浆半衰期10～12小时,每日口服1～2次即可。作者研究了6例充血性心力衰竭患者口服本品后休息和运动时的血流动力学效应。 6例病人,心功能Ⅲ级。心衰病史平均10(5～24)个月。以洋地黄和利尿剂维持治疗。
α_1 Receptor Blockers (?) Terazosin has potential therapeutic value for both systemic hypertension and congestive heart failure. Half-life plasma 10 to 12 hours a day oral administration can be 1 or 2 times. The authors studied the hemodynamic effects of rest and exercise after oral administration of this product in 6 patients with congestive heart failure. 6 patients, cardiac function Ⅲ grade. Heart failure history average 10 (5 ~ 24) months. With digitalis and diuretics to maintain treatment.
