现今,随着我国提出的2025打造制造强国的目标,国家对技能人才培养的重视。职技校的规模在不断地扩大,但职技校学生基本都是应试考试的失败者,他们的综合素质相对较差,作为职技校班主任,需要付出较多的精力去管理和组织班集体。另外,班主任还是学校、家庭和社会的沟通桥梁。班主任还要承担较多的教学任务,这些都对班主任的精力分配,工作成效提出了挑战。
