目的研究栓道附着体在倾斜的第三磨牙为桥基牙修复中的临床应用效果。方法对38例下颌第二磨牙缺失,第三磨牙严重倾斜常规备牙无法取得共同就位道的病例,采用分段道设计,利用栓道附着体作为连接体制作金属烤瓷固定桥。结果经过3 a复查,临床效果良好。35例临床检查未发现明显异常,3例失败。结论在倾斜的第三磨牙为桥基牙利用栓道附着体作为连接体修复第二磨牙,既解决了基牙的共同就位道的问题,又使第三磨牙得以保留。
Objective To study the clinical application of tethered attachment in the treatment of abutment abutment with a third inclined molar. Methods 38 cases of mandibular second molars were missing, the third molars were severely inclined and conventional prepared teeth were unable to obtain the common place of the road, using segmented track design, the use of bolt attachments as the connection body made of metal porcelain fixed bridge. Results after 3 a review, the clinical effect is good. 35 cases of clinical examination found no significant abnormalities, 3 cases failed. Conclusion In the inclined third molars, the bridge molars are used as the connecting body to repair the second molars. This not only solves the problem of the common molars of abutments, but also keeps the third molars.
