克林霉素是临床治疗感染性疾病的有效药物,本人在临床应用过程中,发现该药致严重过敏反应1例,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1病例简介患者,女,51岁,本校退休职工,因上呼吸道感染于2014年5月21日10:00来本院就诊,收入门诊输液治疗。遵医嘱给予0.9%生理盐水250 m L,克林霉素1.2,5%葡萄糖250 m L,维生素C 2.0,病毒唑0.5静脉滴注,滴速50滴
