(一)基本做法 鞍钢是以钢铁产品生产为主的大型钢铁联合企业。近几年来,随着国内和国际市场经济的发展,鞍钢面临着国内外钢铁生产的激烈竞争和挑战,经营生产环境日益严峻,去年仅原燃材料涨价因素就高达几亿之多。在这种情况下,如何更有效地组织好这样大型钢铁企业的生产经营活动,不断提高经济效益,为国家多做贡献,不仅需要大力改造落后技术和装备,而且迫切需要采用现代化管理思想、方法和手段。
