所谓综合炉底工作层是指炉缸炉底碳砖和高铝砖与铁水、炉渣以及煤气流相接触的那部分砌体。该砌体随着高炉冶炼的进行不断地被侵蚀,但达到一定程度后,由于冷却作用而在砌体前端凝成一层渣皮,从而阻止了砌体的侵蚀,使炉缸炉底进入稳定的工作时期.高炉中修时,若炉缸炉底处在这一时期,则综合炉底工作层便可保留.本文结合鞍钢生产实际,指出了判断炉缸炉底处于“稳定工作期”的方法.分析了渣皮特性,进而介绍了保留综合炉底工作层的实践经验及其所取得的经济效益。
