对芹菜进行了硫酸锌的施用方式、用量、深度和喷施次数的研究,结果表明,锌肥能显著提高芹菜的产量,基施比追施或喷施效果好,浅施比深施效果好。芹菜各部位含锌量随施锌量增加而增加,增加速度依次为根>叶>叶柄,而含锌浓度依次为叶>根>叶柄。不同施锌水平,对芹菜锰、铁含量亦有不同程度的影响。施锌显著地提高了芹菜各部位糖和VC含量。
The results showed that zinc fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of celery. The basal application rate is better than that of top dressing or spray, and the effect of shallow application is better than that of deep application . The content of zinc in different parts of celery increased with the amount of zinc applied, the increasing rate was root> leaf> petiole, and zinc concentration was leaf> root> petiole. Different levels of zinc, celery manganese, iron content also have varying degrees of impact. Zinc application significantly increased the sugar and VC content of celery.
