目的对山银花中所含的四类化学成分进行提取,通过细胞和动物实验找出抗动脉粥样硬化作用相对较强的化学成分。方法对不同提取物,采用油红O染色观察对荷脂细胞中脂滴形成的影响,用高效液相色谱法检测荷脂细胞内胆固醇的含量;对apoE敲除小鼠主动脉标本作形态学检查,观察用药后血管内膜及斑块的变化。结果山银花提取物中四类化学成分均能不同程度地降低荷脂细胞内胆固醇含量。结论山银花中黄酮类成分具有较强抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective To extract four kinds of chemical constituents contained in Lonicera japonica Thunb and identify the chemical constituents with relatively strong anti-atherosclerosis effects by cell and animal experiments.
