在客车车身结构概念设计阶段,进行结构分析和优化设计,可以在车身结构设计初期使车身满足整车性能指标的同时,选择最佳的车身结构布置形式和最优的车身结构件截面形状,从而减轻车身自重,避免设计过程的反复,缩短车身的开发时间,降低开发费用。本文对客车车身结构概念设计中的结构优化分析进行了总结,并对以CCJ6100型大客车为例进行了优化分析。
