Hairy cell leukemia (also known as leukemia reticuloendotheliosis) is a chronic proliferative disease with aberrant mononuclear cells (ie, hair cells) found in the blood, bone marrow, spleen and other tissues. Patients often manifested as anemia, neutropenia, monocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and splenomegaly, repeated infections. The origin of the disease is not the same, whether the hair cells from lymphocytes, monocytes, or lymphoid mononuclear hybrids, there are still controversial, may seem to belong to a different source of disease. In this paper, 36 patients with clinicopathological analysis, divided into two different subtypes.
