孕前优生健康检查是一项系列综合性服务,采取综合手段实施孕前预防,降低出生缺陷的发生风险,避免不良妊娠结局,提高出生人口素质,属于人口公共卫生服务的范畴。孕前优生健康检查的14项医学检查中有13项为临床检验项目,临床检验结果在技术服务、生殖保健、优生健康等方面发挥着十分重要的作用[1],因此,临床检验的质量是孕前优生健康检查能否取得成功的关键,在实验室检验操作过程中必须重视临床检验的质量管理,这不仅有利于提高技术人员的检验水平,也有利于提高实验室的整体管理水平。
