本文主要探讨了锑球铁的机械性能与抗汽蚀性间的关系,认为锑球铁的抗汽蚀性与抗拉和抗弯强度有较好的对应关系。研究了Sb的加入引起球铁共晶过程及共析过程发生变化,以及加入Sb后产生的蠕墨现象,认为Sb提高球铁机械性能和抗汽蚀的原因主要是Sb细化了共晶团,细化和增加了珠光体含量,并有效地消除了牛眼状铁素体,降低了汽蚀裂纹的萌生数目和扩展自由程。
In this paper, the relationship between the mechanical properties and cavitation resistance of antimony iron ductile iron is mainly discussed. It is concluded that the anti-cavitation resistance of antimony iron ductile iron has a good correspondence with tensile strength and bending strength. The addition of Sb leads to the change of eutectic process and eutectoid process of ductile iron, as well as the phenomenon of compacted graphite produced after addition of Sb. The reason why Sb improves the mechanical properties and cavitation resistance of ductile iron is that Sb is refined into eutectic , Refine and increase the pearlite content, and effectively eliminate the bovine-like ferrite, reducing the number of cavitation crack initiation and extended free path.
