研究改善水玻璃砂的工艺性能对我国今后发展冷硬砂新工艺仍具有现实意义。为克服采用附加物改善水玻璃砂出砂性同时恶化其它性能,可改用多元附加剂,它能使水玻璃砂的综合工艺性能得到改善。采用变截面试样可作为测定水玻璃砂流动性、检验其保存性的方法。水玻璃砂用 CO_2硬化应对吹 CO_2时间进行控制,并注意所用原砂粒度不能过细。
Research on improving the process performance of water glass sand is still of practical significance to the development of new technology for cold sand in China. In order to overcome the use of additives to improve the sand production of the water glass sand while deteriorating other properties, a plurality of additive agents may be used, which can improve the comprehensive process performance of the water glass sand. The use of variable cross-section specimens can be used as a method for determining the flowability of water glass sands and testing their preservation. The water glass sand should be controlled by blowing CO 2 with CO 2 hardening, and note that the original sand particle size cannot be too fine.
