The Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant (see Figure 1) jointly developed by the Northeast Building Design Institute and the 00221 Army in 1975 had undergone an industrial assessment at the site of the Liaoyang Chemical Fiber Plant and believed that the performance was good and met and exceeded the original design requirements. It is suitable for the construction team with large mobility or the annual output of the opencast prefabrication plant below 15000m~3. It was under the auspices of the State Construction Commission Technology Bureau in 1976.
