计算机专业教育是我国高等教育课程体系中开设时间较早、学科建设较为成熟和完善、专业人才数量较多的专业。许多高校都设置了计算机及相关专业,计算机基础课程也作为许多高校的必修基础性课程。随着社会信息化进程的不断加速,对于计算机专业人才的素质提出了更高的要求,这迫切地需要高校进一步完善计算机专业教育的工作模式,采取有针对性的措施,集中解决当前计算机专业教育面临的一系列问题和困难,为推进素质教育改革打下坚实的基础。
