应用原子吸收光度法对中国地鼠肝脏微量元素进行分析,结果显示,无论是Ⅱ型糖尿病发病组还是正常对照不发病组的动物,雌性肝脏Cu的含量都分别比雄性高,在发病组表现得更为显著(分别为P<005和P<0001);发病组雄性地鼠肝Mg比同组雌鼠或不发病组雄鼠显著降低(分别为P<001和P<005);发病组动物肝Fe含量有增加趋势(214vs169μg/g)。表明中国地鼠肝组织微量元素的含量和动物Ⅱ型糖尿病的发生、发展有密切联系。
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to analyze the trace elements in liver of hamsters in China. The results showed that the content of Cu in female liver was higher than that in males, both in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and non-diseased group (P <005 and P <0001, respectively). The incidence of hepatic Mg in the male rats in the onset group was significantly lower than that in the female rats or non-onset rats (P <001 and P < 0 05); incidence of liver Fe content of animals increased trend (214vs 169μg / g). The results showed that there was a close relationship between the content of trace elements in Chinese hamster liver tissue and the occurrence and development of type II diabetes in animals.
