本文报道将人脾和猪脾淋巴细胞制备的 TF 经 LKB—2137柱层析系统分成不同组份,用不同的组份分别去对猪血 T 细胞温育激活2小时,然后做 Et—RFC 试验,根据花结形成数目的高低来探讨T F 原液和 T F 不同组份及相互之间的活性关系。初试结果说明 T F原液和 T F 各组份对 T 细胞 E 受体都显示有激活作用,但组份之间存在差异性,最高活性成份为组份Щ。
This paper reports that TFs prepared from human spleen and porcine spleen lymphocytes were separated into different components by the LKB-2137 column chromatography system. Different components were used to activate porcine blood T cells for 2 hours, and then the Et-RFC test was performed. Depending on the number of rosette formations, the TF stock solution and the different components of TF and their interactions with each other were explored. The results of the preliminary tests showed that the T F stock solution and T F components showed activation on the T cell E receptors, but there were differences among the components, and the highest active ingredient was component Щ.
