竖向采用螺栓连接的装配式剪力墙,具有抗弯、抗剪强度高及连接可靠、方便的特点,通过精确、高效的定位吊装以及下口锚固施工方法可进行快速有效的安装。上海周康航动迁安置房项目中使用了此种剪力墙体系,并开发了相应的配套施工方法。工程实践证明,该方法取得了良好的施工效果和施工效率,保证了施工质量。
Vertical bolt-mounted fabricated shear wall with the features of high bending strength, high shear strength, reliable and convenient connection, quick and effective installation through accurate and efficient positioning and lifting and anchorage method. The use of such shear wall systems was carried out in the resettlement housing project of Shanghai ZHOUKANG HangZhou, and the corresponding supporting construction method was developed. Engineering practice shows that the method has achieved good construction results and construction efficiency, ensuring construction quality.
