随着我国社会经济的发展,中职学校会计专业毕业生的会计实际核算能力受到质疑,出现就业难度大、工作不稳定等情况。笔者在多年教学经历及调查的基础上对如何提高中职学生动手能力提出专业课前企业参观、课堂情景演示、实训课仿真模拟、毕业前顶岗实习等建议。
With the development of social economy in our country, the actual accounting ability of accounting graduates in secondary vocational schools is questioned, resulting in difficulties in employment and instability in work. On the basis of many years of teaching experience and investigation, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the practical ability of students in vocational schools, including professional pre-market business visits, classroom scenario demonstration, simulation training of practical training courses, and post-graduation internships.
