五常市国家税务局成立于1994年9月。局机关内设行政机构8个、稽查局1个、派出税务分局7个、事业单位信息中心1个。现有在职干部职工108人,平均年龄43周岁,大专及以上学历101人,硕士研究生学历1人,具有注册税务师资格的2人。五常市国家税务局主要负责五常市国家级税收、国家与地方共享税收及部分地方税收的征收管理,即增值税、消费税、企业所得税及储蓄存款所得税。同时,负责五常市进出口产品的税收和增值税专用发票和普通发票的管理。管辖五常市企业2991户(包括一般纳税人781户)、个体工商户2728户的税收工作,其中,防伪税控企业650户。近年来,五常市国家税务局坚持以组织税收收入为中心,内强素质,外树形象,打造了一支务实、高效的干部队伍。以“始于纳税人需求、基于纳税人满意、终于纳税人遵从”为服务理念,全心全意为纳税人服务。全局干部职工,在局领导班子的带领
Wuchang Municipal State Revenue Agency was established in September 1994. The bureau has 8 administrative organs, 1 inspection bureau, 7 tax branch offices and 1 information center of institutions.
