采用电磁血流量计测量心输出量、颈总动脉插管测血压和心率的方法,观察麻醉家兔侧脑室注射P物质对心输出量、血压、心率的影响,分析P物质的效应与脑内参与升压反应的胆碱能M受体和肾上腺素能β受体的关系。结果如下:①例脑室注射P物质(20μg)引起心输出量增加、血压升高,心率改变不明显;②预先侧脑室注射心得安(100μg)或阿托品(150μg)处理,P物质增强心输出量和升压效应仍然存在。结果提示:P物质在脑内具有增强心血管活动的作用,其作用机制不是通过脑内M受体或β受体介导.
Cardiac output, carotid artery blood pressure and heart rate were measured by electromagnetic blood flow meter. The effects of substance P on cardiac output, blood pressure and heart rate were observed in anesthetized rabbits. Relationship between cholinergic M receptor and adrenergic beta receptors involved in the up-regulation of blood pressure. The results were as follows: (1) intraventricular injection of substance P (20μg) caused cardiac output increased blood pressure, heart rate did not change significantly; presyrinosus (100μg) or atropine (150μg) treatment, substance P increased cardiac output And the boost effect still exists. The results suggest that substance P has the effect of enhancing cardiovascular activity in the brain and its mechanism of action is not mediated by M receptors or beta receptors in the brain.
