The mathematics touched by the first-year students is not only the basis of mathematics, but also helps the study of other disciplines in science. However, the current one-year mathematics teaching mode of higher mathematics in our country lags behind, which leads to the aversion of the students to the maths discipline, which is extremely unfavorable to the students’ all-round development. This article first analyzes the shortcomings of high mathematics teaching and puts forward some useful suggestions based on our own teaching experience.
