With the continuous development of the social economy, the concept of “being well-to-do and ensuring good health” has been established among the people. The people’s awareness of health care has reached a new height. Medical services should actively adapt to the growing population’s demand for medical care and actively adapt to the operating mechanism of the socialist market economy. The county (city) level hospital building built in the early days of the liberation and the early 1960s has completed its historic mission.
