I. Preface The treatment of oolitic iron ore is paid more and more attention both at home and abroad. Long-term studies have been conducted on the ore beneficiation in foreign countries, especially France, the Soviet Union and West Germany. According to the genesis of the deposit, the ore is classified as Clinton type (equivalent to China’s Xuan Long style) and Minnerty type (equivalent to Ningxiang style) abroad.
