政府的市场调控政策深刻影响着生猪价格和生猪产业链的利益分配,并对养殖户增收和城乡居民生活品质保障发挥着重要影响。因此,深入分析我国生猪市场调控政策的演变,探讨完善生猪市场调控政策的方向,具有十分重要的理论意义及政策参考价值。本文对建国以来我国生猪市场调控政策进行了系统回顾,重点分析了2007年以来生猪市场调控政策的效果,探讨了我国生猪市场调控政策存在的主要问题,提出了完善生猪市场调控政策的建议:优化生猪财政补贴资金结构、加强基层动物防疫员队伍建设、健全生猪价格监测预警机制和完善猪肉质量安全可追溯体系建设等。
The government’s market control policy has a profound impact on the distribution of pig prices and the distribution of profits in the pig industry chain, and plays an important role in increasing farmers’ income and ensuring the quality of life of urban and rural residents. Therefore, it has very important theoretical significance and policy reference value to deeply analyze the evolution of regulation and control policies on China’s pig market and to explore the direction of improving the regulation and control policies on the pig market. This article systematically reviews the regulation and control policies of China’s pig market since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It mainly analyzes the effect of the regulation and control policies on the pig market since 2007, discusses the main problems existing in the regulation and control of the pig market in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the regulation and control policies of the pig market: optimization Pig financial subsidy funds structure, strengthen grass-roots animal epidemic prevention team building, improve the pig price monitoring and early warning mechanism and improve the pork quality and safety traceability system.
