目的:探讨应用纯中药栓剂保妇康栓治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:宫颈糜烂患者给药治疗前行细胞学及白带常规检查,采用保妇康栓剂置阴道后穹窿,每日1次,14次为1疗程,观察临床疗效。结果:各种糜烂类型的总有效率和痊愈率分别为:94.3%及45.3%。糜烂程度越轻,疗效越好。病理分型越轻,疗效越好。结论:宫颈糜烂是已婚妇女的常见病和多发病,且是诱发子宫颈癌的高危因素。积极防治对保障妇女健康有重大意义。保妇康栓阴道给药,简便、安全、经济,对各型宫糜均有效,总有效率为94.36%。临床观察未见明显的副反应,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of applying pure Chinese medicine suppository Baofukang suppository to treat cervical erosion. Methods: Cervical erosion patients before treatment cytology and vaginal discharge routine examination, the use of Baofukang suppository vaginal fornix, 1 day, 14 times for a course of treatment to observe the clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate and cure rate of various types of erosion were 94.3% and 45.3% respectively. The less erosion, the better the effect. The lighter the pathological type, the better the curative effect. Conclusion: Cervical erosion is a common and frequently-occurring disease of married women and is a risk factor for cervical cancer. Active prevention and treatment are of great significance to the protection of women’s health. Baofukang suppository vaginal delivery, simple, safe and economical, all types of Mi Mi are effective, the total effective rate was 94.36%. Clinical observation no obvious side effects, it is worth clinical promotion.
