患女,22岁,孕1产0,孕37周,因头晕,乏力,全身浮肿3月于1991年12月15日入院。以往无高血压及肾脏病史。查体:贫血外貌,T37.3℃,P84次/min,R20次/min,BP17/9kPa。心肺肝脾未见异常。双下肢浮肿。产科检查:宫高31cm,腹围90cm,胎心150次/min,胎方位ROA。实验室检查:Hb59g/L,RBC2.35×10~(12)/L,WBC6.4×10~9/L。尿蛋白(-)。诊断:妊娠并发贫血。治疗:住院后给以口服抗贫血药:硫酸亚铁0.6每日3次,维生素C0.2每日3次,叶酸5mg每日3次,胃酶合剂10ml每日3次。少量多次输血。第1次输血200ml无反应。1周后给

Treatment: Oral anti-anemic drugs were given after hospitalization: ferrous sulfate 0.6 three times daily, vitamin C 0.2 three times daily, folic acid 5 mg three times daily and gastric enzyme mixture 10 ml three times daily. A small number of transfusions. The first blood transfusion 200ml no response. Give after 1 week
