人类多胎妊娠以双胎妊娠为主，三胎妊娠较为少见。发生率[1]：尼日利亚为1：612，美国为1：7925；我国湖南张志华报道[2]为1：8855。我院为1：5849。现就我院1977年以来收治的4倒三胎妊娠临床资料进行分析。1临床资料我院1977年7月～1995年12月共分娩23396例；其中三胎妊娠4例
Human multiple pregnancy with twin pregnancy, three pregnancy is rare. Incidence [1]: 1: 612 in Nigeria and 1: 7925 in the United States; 1: 8855 reported by Zhang Zhihua in Hunan, China. Our hospital is 1: 5849. Now on our hospital since 1977, 4 down three trimester pregnancy clinical data were analyzed. 1 clinical data in our hospital from July 1977 to December 1995 a total of 23,396 cases of childbirth; three pregnancies in 4 cases
