参赛代表队组建方式多种多样,诸如:由各队推荐水平好的球员;通过几个单项考试选拔;举行“一对一”比赛选优; 由门协根据平时观察从优挑选;先确定领队、教练、队长,然后由他们从各队中选拔参赛人员;等等。通过这些形式组建参赛代表队,虽然是“好”字当头,但仍然不能排除偶然性和片面性。近几年来,我们在总结过去组建参赛代表队经验教训的基础上,在吸取各地兄弟代表队组队的长处的前提下,于组建各种规模门球比赛参赛代表队时,
