党的十八大将生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”总体布局,十八届三中全会提出用制度保护生态环境。作者在多年的林业工作中总结了了许多经验,并对发展现代林业提出了要把握的几个问题。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC included the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of “the five in one”, and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to use the system to protect the ecological environment. The author summed up many experiences in many years of forestry work and put forward some problems to be grasped in developing modern forestry.
