①目的探讨牛磺酸对细胞膜脂流动性影响。②方法以1,6-Dipheyl-1,3,5-hexatriene(DPH)为探剂,用荧光偏振法测定荧光偏振度(P)值和微粘度(η—)研究细胞膜脂的流动性。③结果饮水中添加1%牛磺酸喂养110d的正常小鼠(实验组),其红细胞的P值与η—分别为0.243±0.015和2.392±0.650;而正常饮水的对照组分别为0.267±0.021和2.821±0.580.实验组红细胞(RBC)膜流动性优于对照组(t=2.60,P<0.05)。实验组艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的瘤细胞膜的P值和η—分别为0.108±0.020和0.618±0.140;而对照组0.139±0.020和0.874±0.150.实验组瘤细胞膜流动性也明显优于对照组(t=3.27,P<0.01)。④结论牛磺酸可能对维持细胞膜的稳定性起积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of taurine on the fluidity of membrane lipids. Methods Fluorescence polarization method was used to determine the fluidity of membrane lipid by fluorescence polarization (P) value and microviscosity (η-) with 1,6-Dipheyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) as probe. ③ Results The normal group (experimental group) fed with 1% taurine for 110 days in drinking water had P values and η- values of 0.243 ± 0.015 and 2.392 ± 0.650, respectively; while normal drinking water The control group was 0.267 ± 0.021 and 2.821 ± 0.580, respectively. The RBC membrane fluidity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (t = 2.60, P <0.05). The P values and η-values of the tumor cell membrane in the experimental group were 0.108 ± 0.020 and 0.618 ± 0.140, respectively, while those in the control group were 0.139 ± 0.020 and 0.874 ± 0.150. The fluidity of tumor cell membrane in the experimental group was also significantly better than that of the control group (t = 3.27, P <0.01). ④ Conclusion Taurine may play a positive role in maintaining cell membrane stability.
