教师职业的特点决定了教师必须不断更新知识,提高自身素质,才能适应教育发展的要求。本文从中小学教师培训中存在的问题出发,分析探讨提高中小学教师培训绩效的措施,旨在提高中小学教师培训的质量,促使教育事业的长期发展。
The characteristics of the teacher’s profession determine that teachers must constantly update their knowledge and improve their own qualities in order to meet the requirements of educational development. Based on the existing problems of primary and secondary school teachers’ training, this article analyzes and discusses the measures to improve the performance of primary and secondary school teachers’ training so as to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers’ training and promote the long-term development of education.
