新一轮基础教育课程改革以来,合作学习这种学习方式被广大教师普遍采用,合作学习成为课堂新宠,研讨课、示范课、观摩课、大凡数学公开课,必少不了小组合作学习:有的是事先搬好座位;有的是小组活动时,前排同学往后转,形成四人小组。在教学中,教师多采用分组的方式,让学生讨论、合作。老师一声令下,学生马上行动起来,“停”学生则各就各位,接着以小组为单位进行汇报。从表面上看,课堂气氛比较活跃,学生动手、动口,忙得不亦乐乎,但从实际的教学效果看,并不是十分理想,存在一些问题:
Since the new round of basic education curriculum reform, cooperative learning has been widely adopted by the majority of teachers. Cooperative learning has become the new favorite in class, seminar, demonstration class, observation class, and public mathematics class. Team cooperation learning is indispensable: Good seats; some are group activities, the front row students turn back to form a four-person team. In teaching, teachers use grouping methods to let students discuss and cooperate. The teacher gave the order, the students act immediately, “stop ” students are all right, and then report to the group as a unit. On the surface, the atmosphere in the classroom is more active, and the students are very busy with their activities.
