工作近三十年,有二十多年在新闻编辑的岗位上,于是便有机会与大量的记者稿件亲密接触。有时候,与一些同期参加工作的老记者编辑们在一起,探讨交流,经常会有一些共同的感慨,感觉现在的工作不好做,为什么?现在的一些年轻记者,聪明却稍显浮躁,舍不得吃苦,做事不够踏实。于是乎,拿上来的稿件,要么多有雷同,似曾相识;要么云山雾罩,不知所云,让人无从下手。做一名合格的新闻记者,需要具备的素质有很多,较高的政策理论水平,扎实的新闻业务功底,以及敏锐的嗅觉,娴熟的技巧,等等。这里,我想与同仁们分享几个问题,聊聊几种意识。先说忠诚意识,或者说爱岗敬业的意识。说爱岗敬业有些老生常谈,但说到忠诚,也许会让我们静下心想想,对于我们所从事的新闻工作,我们是把她当成一种职业,还是一项事业?如果
