科学构建民办高校法人治理结构是民办高校发展中的重要问题。本文以石家庄工程职业学院法人治理结构建设情况为切入点,分析河北省民办高校法人治理结构存在的问题,提出完善法人治理结构应采取的对策。
The Scientific Construction of Civilian-run Colleges and Universities Corporate Governance Structure is an Important Problem in the Development of Non-governmental Higher Institutions. Based on the construction of corporate governance structure in Shijiazhuang Institute of Vocational Technology, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the corporate governance structure of private universities in Hebei Province and puts forward the countermeasures that should be taken to perfect corporate governance structure.
