高等学校预算管理是财务管理的核心工作。从提高高校财务管理水平和办学绩效的角度讲,要真正发挥预算优化资源配置的作用,需要改进目前预算简单化应付式工作方式,深入细致地做好相关工作,逐步做到精细化科学化的预算管理。本着提高资金效益和务实的原则,我校在预算工作上进行的相关探索。
