来自西欧（含美国）的材料综合经济性状最好，引种与利用价值最高；来自俄罗斯（含东欧）的材料主要经济性状也表现良好。在品种进步上，国外先进种麻国家产量的提高是在不增高株高和不延长生育期的前提下实现的；国内则靠增高株高和延长生育期实现的。
The materials from Western Europe (including the United States) have the best comprehensive economic traits and the highest introductions and utilization values. The main economic traits of materials from Russia (including Eastern Europe) also performed well. In terms of variety improvement, the increase of advanced seed production in foreign countries is achieved on the premise of not increasing the plant height and not extending the growth period.
