连续２周灌胃给药，观察了普疏舒对大鼠实验性血栓形成的影响。结果表明，大鼠体外形成的血栓其湿重和干重均低于生理盐水对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），亦能使大鼠体内血栓形成时间显著延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），且普疏舒的抗血栓作用有剂量依赖关系。提示普疏舒对大鼠血栓形成有抑制作用。
The rats were administered intragastrically for 2 weeks, and the effect of Pu Shu Shu on the experimental thrombosis in rats was observed. The results showed that thrombus formed in vitro was lower in wet weight and dry weight than that in saline control group (P <0.01), and significantly prolonged thrombosis in rats (P <0.01) Pu Shu Shu anti-thrombosis in a dose-dependent manner. Tip Pu Shu Shu thrombosis in rats inhibited.
