植物神经性发作是一种较少见的癫痫临床类型,临床以植物神经症状为主,表现复杂多样,常常误诊,现将我院在1984～1995年收治的16例分析如下。 临床资料 1984～1995年我院共诊治各种类型癫痫62例,其中植物神经性发作16例(占25.8％)。男性8例,女性8例,年龄～4岁1例,～7岁8例,～10岁6例,～13岁1例。根据冯氏对植物神经性发作分类,分为腹痛型、头痛型、心前区疼痛型。
Autonomic seizures is a rare clinical type of epilepsy, clinical autonomic symptoms, the performance of complex and diverse, often misdiagnosed, now in our hospital in 1984 to 1995, 16 cases were analyzed as follows. Clinical data 1984 to 1995, a total of 62 cases of various types of epilepsy in our hospital, including autonomic attacks in 16 cases (25.8%). 8 males and 8 females, 1 patient aged ~ 4 years, 8 patients ~ 7 years old, 6 patients ~ 10 years old and 1 patient ~ 13 years old. According to Feng’s classification of autonomic seizures, divided into abdominal pain type, headache type, precordial pain type.
