孔庙和国子监博物馆藏嘉庆八年(1803年)“敕谕国子监等官”匾额为清仁宗于嘉庆八年九月十九日对国子监祭酒、司业等官员颁布的一道敕谕。该“敕谕”以敦促国子监官员人等努力注重自身道德修养,不仅揭示了当时封建统治日渐衰落的严峻形势,也反映出了嘉庆皇帝在危机的形势下个人观点的巨大转变,是研究清中期吏治与嘉庆皇帝的文物佐证。
