本文根据行业特色高校办学和学科优势,结合工科材料专业的特点,结合国内拔尖创新人才的培养研究现状,就培养拔尖创新人才涉及的课程体系改革、探索实施研究型教学方法、建立校企联合培养模式及构建国际化合作平台等方面进行了分析与思考,为行业特色高校工科专业实施拔尖创新人才提供一定的理论参考。
