建立了表面增强拉曼光谱法检测人尿液中的盐酸氯丙那林。以银纳米颗粒溶胶作为表面信号增强剂,选择800~850 cm~(-1)和1 450 cm~(-1)处拉曼特征峰作为定性依据,并选择在800~850 cm~(-1)处进行定量检测。人尿液中盐酸氯丙那林在0.1~0.9 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.05 mg/ml。与高效液相色谱法相比,本法迅速简便,可实现无损检测。
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was established for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in human urine.
