本文以建筑装饰专业为例设计了高等应用技术教育的“零适应”模式。并讨论了这个模式“实战化”、“岗位化”、“团队化”的特点,提出实行“零适应”教育模式的关键问题是:校内实训中心和校外实习基地;建立教师工作室机制和学生模拟公司机制;建立专兼职的双师型教师队伍;大刀阔斧,改造传统教学模式;确定真题的题型梯度和标准。
In this paper, the architectural decoration professional as an example, the design of higher applied technology education “zero adaptation” mode. And discusses the characteristics of “actual combat”, “post-oriented” and “team-based” in this model. The key problems of practicing “zero-adaptive” education mode are as follows: the training center and the internship base in school; the establishment of teacher’s studios mechanism and Students simulate corporate mechanisms; the establishment of part-time double-division teachers; bold and transform the traditional teaching model; determine the true title of the problem gradient and standards.
