双级注水泥固井技术,主要是通过下井的管串,在预先设计好的位置上接一双级注水泥器(双级箍),达到一次下井的套管柱分两次注水泥施工的目的。胜利油田钻井工程公司从1987年6月始至同年11月连续在18口井上应用了双级注水泥技术,均获得成功,效果明显,解决了长期以来固井存在的漏、窜以及高温差等技术难题。本文着重介绍应用情况及注意事项,供现场工作者参考。
