领导干部参加培训,因动机和需求多元化,就表现出不同的心理特征,主要是交友心理、任务心理、镀金心理、表现心理、求知心理和预期心理。针对这些心理特征,要引导领导干部树立全面发展、终身学习、能力提升、主动参与的理念,保证培训沿着正确的方向进行。要把参训干部作为教学资源来挖掘,组织开展丰富多样的培训活动,强化对培训过程的考核与反馈,创设良好的人际环境,引入竞争激励机制,把培训与干部使用结合起来,增强培训的针对性和有效性。
