利用离子蚀刻对扫描电镜载片做亲水化处理

本文采用离子蚀刻技术,对扫描电镜的样品载片进行亲水化处理。经上述处理后的载片,可以均匀地吸附各种游离细胞,避免了样品重叠现象给扫描电镜观察带来的不便。

In this paper, ion etching technology, the scanning electron microscope sample slide hydrophilic treatment. After the above treatment of the slide, you can evenly adsorb a variety of free cells, to avoid the phenomenon of overlapping samples for scanning electron microscopy inconvenience.
