测量了200个成人整颅卵圆孔的前入和侧入穿刺方法的有关数据,并根据有关三角函数定理,计算了进针角度。前入法在颧上颌缝下缘进针,针头指向后上内与颧面部成40.6±3.3度,与水平面成21.8±3.3度,刺入深度为51.4±3.9mm。侧入法在颧骨关节前缘进针,针头与矢状面成垂直方向,刺入深度根据回归方程(?)=0.31—3推算。双侧颧骨关节结节间的距离与颧骨关节结节至卵圆孔中心的距离成高度相关,相关系数为0.77(tr=16.9,P<0.001)。
The data about the anterior and lateral approach of the foramen ova of 200 adults were measured, and the angle of the needle was calculated according to the trigonometric function theorem. Anterior approach entered the lower edge of the zygomatic maxillary incision into the needle, the needle points to the upper and the zygomatic facial 40.6 ± 3.3 degrees, 21.8 ± 3.3 degrees with the horizontal plane, penetration depth of 51.4 ± 3.9mm. Side of the law into the front of the zygomatic joint needle, needle and sagittal plane perpendicular to the penetration depth according to the regression equation (?) = 0.31-3 estimated. The distance between the bilateral zygomatic nodules and the distance from the zygomatic nodules to the foramen ovale center was highly correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.77 (tr = 16.9, P <0.001).
