随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重健康的生活方式,然而水体中农药污染的问题却越发严峻。农药的有害成分是可以在底质与水体之间相互转移的,同时农药残留会破坏水生态系统的稳定而造成危害,人类通过食用如鱼、虾、蟹、贝类等水产品则会在体内积存一些农药的有害成分,这会危害人体健康。鱼塘水中常见农药有:有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯类等,本文在固定色谱下条件下对这几种常见农药应用气质联用检验,该方法检测鱼塘水样品中混合标准溶液的回收率在80%之间,适合大型鱼塘水的针对性分析。
As people’s living standards improve, people pay more and more attention to healthy lifestyles, but the problem of pesticide contamination in water is more and more severe. Harmful components of pesticides can be transferred between the substrate and the water body, while pesticide residues will destroy the stability of water ecosystems and cause harm, human beings such as fish, shrimp, crabs, shellfish and other aquatic products will be in the body Accumulation of some of the harmful ingredients of pesticides, which will endanger human health. The common pesticides in fish ponds are: organic phosphorus, organic chlorine, carbamate, pyrethroids and so on. In this paper, GC-MS was applied to these common pesticides under fixed chromatographic conditions. In the mixed standard solution recovery rate of 80%, suitable for large-scale targeted analysis of fish pond water.
